Router keeps dropping internet connection
Since we moved over to sky from BT in December we have had quite a few issues with the signal dropping out and router lights being half green and half orange. This happens at different times but mostly late afternoon and evening. Streaming tv is a particular victim of this.
it's really irritating given that we moved from BT having experienced the same problems.
what's the solution please?

@Parker-Chance sounds like the line you are using is having issues maintaining the connection. Given BT and Sky both use the same Openreach network line issues will affect both. Whether Openreach will do anything depends on the severity of the issue but it is worth talking to Sky and see what they say.
