@MichelleBatty assuming you are talking sbout the wifi password by default the password will match the one printed on the hub but they are quite easy to misread such as the letter O for the figure 0 . If you are certain you are entering exactly as printed but some devices wont accept the new value delete the connection on the device and fully reboot it and try afain as the pasword memory on devices can get corrupted.
