over the past 6 days my router has been dropping the connection more and more frequently today the connection has dropped 10 times in around 5 hours ive tried calling sky but they seem to be having issues and i cant get through to anyone, router stats below

Can you run tests on your my sky app or sky.com account and post the info in more about your connection

I ran the test again and this time it told me to book an engineer which is coming on the 8th so hopefully they will fix it thanks for the help
