My router loses connectivity every few minutes. This problem started suddenly around 7 days ago. I have booked an engineer to attend our house to fix the issue, however they won't be here until September and I work from home.

Is there something I can do in the meantime to alleviate this? It's impossible to work or stream video without an interuption to the connection evert few minutes.

@GlynnMcCarthy With the short system uptime is this you restarting the router or is it doing this itself?
The route automatically reconnects within a minute of so. After a further 5 minutes or so, it disconnects and connects itself again.
@GlynnMcCarthy Do all of the lights on the router go out or the power to a red LED?
Orange flashing light for internet. It's flashing more than not and usually resolves after full restart or if left alone. However, I can't restart every few minutes as I've already lost the will to live

Sometimes but not so often anymore as it drops so often now

02/09, sky could come sooner but I couldn't due to work.
@GlynnMcCarthy Just have to work with it just now if that is when it is booked for. Sounds like an external fault and there is nothing you can do yourself.
