Broadband not working well

Hi

my Broadband has been very poir ver the last 4 days, so much so that streaming anything on TV is virtually impossible... Website browsing on phones and laptops also very slow...  i have gone through all advised maitenece on equipment but still no improvement..have switched off routers and re booted but still no good..... an advice ?
