Router disconnecting and slow performance

Over the last few weeks my WiFi performance has decreased. Speeds are slow and I keep being asked to sign into the router. This has made it very unreliable for streaming (autistic 6yr old) and conference calling for work from home. 

 

All the checks say it is performing and OK, however that is not the case in reality. 

 

The router is in the same place as it has always been with other providers, and never any issues.

@Mark2991  Are you using an apple device to try and login into the router management settings?

@Highlinder no, Android and I've used 3 different Internet browsers. It keeps rejection admin and WiFi password.

@Mark2991  You have not changed the password at all from the original password on the back of the router?
