Do you have any devices that are connected by ethernet that you are able to grab router stats while this issue is happening and what lights change when the issue is going on or do they just stay all green?

I've done a test on my phone and it's showing everything is fine.
I don't have anything connected via ethernet and as far as I'm aware all the lights are green
