Hello, the speed of my internet is poor.

Hello, the speed of my internet is poor. The internet is slow on my devices and drops out or pages fail to load.

The signal on my WiFi calling is bad and I cannot make mobile calls on WiFi even when connected. 
we have a large 4 bedroom home, it is better if I am closer to the router but I cannot always be.
