Router Issues

The internet keeps dropping in the mornings, I keep needing to reboot the router and sometimes it's a few hours before it comes back. Can I please have another router. I have run a diagnostics, and I have several times. Still does not work. Can you send an engineer to fix. This has happened for a few weeks

@Domg55 you not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. While Sky hub's can go faulty it is pretty rare it is more likely to be a line issue or poor wifi in your home.
