Find out more@Fredy3 you can run the connection test in the My Sky app but ignore the result you see on the first page click through to run the more thorough che k as that can book an engineerif it finds a fault. If it doesnt you can call Sky to see if they can book Openreach to check the line but thst will depend on the severity of the issue as thecsystem is designed to stabilise automatically.
