@Mohammedyagob quite a common issue given doorbells are normallybthecwrong side of a double thickness external wall which greatlyreduces wifi signal strength. Putting a booster in the hall or near a window at tge front of tge house can help.

But perhaps note that Sky won't provide one of their boosters on loan for that specific purpose because the WiFi 'guarantees' (such as they are) specifically exclude coverage outside the property.
