Poor WiFi signal

We have the Sky Max box, but no extenders. We have poor signal currently in several rooms, with WiFi dropping off and phone data being used. The Sky Max promised access, uninterrupted, in all rooms. My son has used his monthly air time plan on his phone due to no WiFi in his room.

@Barry_Ioan are you paying for Sky WiFi Max as part of your bill if so call Sky and ask for a pod extender to be sent if tgat isnt enough then more can be supplied - see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

If you are not paying for that add-on and simply have the Sky Max white hub there is no guarantee of WiFi coverage.
