Returning sky HUB

Hi,

 

I cancelled my Sky and returned the hub. About 3 weeks ago I hot an email that they didn't get the hub and I wrote to call center. Hardly I reached to a real person and he or she confirmed me that they had gor the hub. And I binned the post office ticket, forgot about it. However, yesterday I got another email asking me to return hub.  What should I do [removed]??

@raleng  Don't ignore the emails, you will have to preserve with communicating with sky via phone and tell them that you are still getting the emails

Believe me that is irritating. I feel that I was lucky to cancel the contract because otherwise they were going to keep chasing me with some other scams!!

@raleng  unfortunately the community messaging service that we normally escalate these queries is temporarily closed at the moment 

 

so all we can advise is that you call in every time you get an email otherwise you could incur non return fees

@raleng Not scam's the process is just not as quick as every one would like it to be, but it's up to you, conformed by sky they have recieved it then that is it, in future and always advised, keep the reciept for a lot longer, and even better track it via the royal mail!

@raleng  Even better keep very safe and indefinitely as these notices can come out of the blue any time
