Returning broadband router

Hi, I have recently cancelled my Sky broadband contract, but I am keeping my Sky Q subscriptions. The letter and packaging I have been sent to return the unwanted equipment refer to a Sky Q hub and not the Sky broadband router. Should I just ignore this and send the router back anyway or do you need to send me the correct letter and packaging?

Just send back the sky router also known as the sky q hub to differentiate it from sky q tv box

Thanks, I was slightly confused as the box asks for a remote control to be sent back as well.

Depends which one it is. If Sky want it back they should send return packaging near the end of your 14 day notice period.

Hi, I've cancelled my Sky Q and my broadband. I received the request to return my Sky Q box and accessories, and Sky have confirmed receiving the return. However, I haven't received a request to return the router. I'm not sure if this is because it's an old router. The router model is ER115. I can't find answers anywhere else as to why I haven't received the request to return the router yet. Hoping you can help as I don't want to be charged for not returning the router. What should I do? Do I just return it anyway in my own packaging?

I've cancelled Sky broadband too, and haven't had a request to send the router back. Do I need to return it? It's old, so presume not?
