New Router & Hub

New router and hub , can't get router up and running enough to register on my sky app - however have been able to log my phone and pc onto the router and get WiFi that's working - why is the router and hub not registering on sky app  - hub can't not find router - neither can my home heating device ...

Hi thanks for your reply, I did send a private message yesterday (Monday) but never got a reply and nothing today either unfortunately. Today's chat doesnt have my message from yesterday either..

 

It seems to be sorting it self out now, things that weren't working are starting to - all very strange
