Hello, I have moved out of England and before leaving I posted the Broadband router and the TV equipment with cables and remote back to the sky. Sky have emailed me that they have not received the eqipment and they will deduct the charges in 20 days. I do have the receipt of the post and pictures of the package but I am not able to find an email address to contact sky regarding the same, as I live in another country now, therefore won't be able to call them as the call charges are almost equal to the penalty charge. Therefore, I would be grateful if somebody can guide me on how I can resolve this issue with sky or may be an email address will do as well. Many thanks.
