Returned equipment last end of June and always receiving email/SMS for charges

Hi,

 

I returned the whole equipment as of last 26th of June via Royal Mail (tracking number :  MU890576688GB-see picture below) but I am always receiving SMS & email saying that I shall return it before 22nd August otherwise I will be charged for it.

I have already phoned Sky customer service 3 times and they say that they received it so can you please update your database in order to stop sending email reminders and avoid to be charged for nothing ????

@Claudia+DM  You are not talking to Sky. Have you at anytime contacted Sky to give them the tracking information?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
