Hi there
I'm having a wee issue with activation date, quite annoying.
I've signed up for sky broadband, picked my package, ordered it.
Hub arrived with number 48 on the box, emails I've received state that it will be activated on 4th Aug! Same date in emails and pdf's apart from Track my order that states it will be activated on 7th!?
All I need to know is when it will be activated?! Any help will be appreciated.

Sky will have placed an order using the diary Openreach provide for 4/8 which goes to the local Openreach team who check what needs to be done and sometimes they change the slot as they are aware of a specific issue thst nedds additional work. It is annoying for the customer when this happens. I have escalated your post to a Sky team whonshould invite onto a chat through the forum later this morning, look out for achat icon being added to thecforum pages. They should be able to see what notes are on your order.

Hi there all
Hope yous doing well? I had a chat with one of the customer service ladies and it was explained to me that the delay could be due to some tech issue they were unaware at the time I've signed the contract.
Roll on Monday, Cannae wait!
