Return the old device

hi I just want to let you know , i all ready sent back the old device to you to avoid any cahrges thanks

You should be able to track the status of the return here:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

You can track it via the Royal mail website with the tracking code on the receipt you were given for it. There will be a delay of it arriving and being received into stock and only when this happens will your account be updated to show that it has been returned.

@Laurentiupatru  You're not contacting Sky customers services, no one can identify you from a community post nor will they have access to your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
