I had planned a wifi move for the 7th of april but changed the date to 24th of april. But the wifi has been shut off since midnight on 7th of april. Could we get that reconnected until the 24th please

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
You will need to contact Sky to see if that is possible but the lead in time for that is probably close to the new date.

As we are customers here you will need to speak to Sky again about this by calling them.
