If you need to return the booster then Sky will send the packaginbg out to you so it should appear on your account here:

If nothing appears then you can use your own packaging and print your own return label via this link:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
