Return Address - Sky Broadband Equipment

Hi - can anyone here tell me what the address is to return broadband equipment?

I have recently moved to a new supplier, and used the Sky returns packaging to return my router. Sky are saying that they haven't received it though, and  I'm trying to find the receipt from the post office to prove I posted it, but I can't seem to find the address that it was sent to in order to match up with the receipt!

Any help from anyone would be much appreciated!

Thanks, Alex.

Re: Return Address - Sky Broadband Equipment

Unfortunately not - couldn't find my postage receipt either, so can't prove that I did ineed send the equipment back. Sky have now charged me £30 - very disappointing, and frustrating having followed the returns process 😞

Re: Return Address - Sky Broadband Equipment

That link is of no use, has a link to anpost but for creating the return label we need a reference id. So the question being asked here is how to get that reference id?

Re: Return Address - Sky Broadband Equipment

I have used my account number as the refernce id. And I was bale to print the label. Hope this was the correct reference id.

Re: Return Address - Sky Broadband Equipment

I'm having this issue, posted back and now keep getting texts telling me to return it. Searching for the receipt, not sure if this is it, Unit12, CV10.... 7RL, Really can't afford to get charged when I know I've posted it back. Does that look familiar please?

@M+Ch the reason the forum wont allow you to post full postal addresses, email addreses and phone numbers is nothing to do with hiding where Sky are it is to stop, people posting their personal details on an open internet forum.

Sky use contractors for handling returns and therefore the address can simply be changed by amending the details the carriers like the Post Office hold. If you follow the instructions here you do not need any addresses and should be given proof of posting which Sky will normall accept where the kit cannot be traced.
