The return postcode is XX40
luckily I had my receipt showing that I returned all the equipment. They say they will take the £50 charge off my account in 24 hrs. If they don't I will be back.
otherwise I think they just want us to call them to verify the return with the barcode number as proof of return.
They do apologise but who wants an apology!!
and who wants to hold on to your old equipment anyway Sky!

To whom it may concern,
I am really frustrated about sky i contact few times to cancelled and in fact i returned the sky box, sky card, remote and router thru royal mail and still receiving that they'll gonna charged me of not returning.
I informed them of early termination because my husband died and cant afford to carry on the subscription, told customer service who answered the phone. and I asked her if i can cancell my derict debit , she said yes. Now I received an email about the early termination fee and charging about the sky equipment which i already returned. And send reply attached the receipts of royal mail.
They give me this contact number 03332 022 133 which is not working.
I am still grieving, and this sky give me more stressed . as I cannot contact them because my account is already terminated.
Can any one help me what is the right contact number ?
I just want to sort out this problem.. give me so much stressed .

I'm fed up of getting messages saying I haven't returned my kit, this was sent back via Sky Osterley. You have no-one to call or communicate with, I'm not being charged when I sent it! Please advise???
