Reschedule

Hi, 

 

I have booked my engineer for 3rd October however I desperately need it in ASAP. Due to work commitments I need to work from home. Is there any possibility of getting someone out sooner?

@JackDeacon  You will have been given the earliest available date, if you need to reschedule check your order tracking page https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As Sky Broadband / Talk is a domestic set up, it's fine for customers to use it whilst wfh but you don't get any extra or quicker service.
