Post full fibre installation, poor internet

Full fibre was installed yesterday in our front room. We have a Sky booster plus three mesh discs to push the WiFi around the house. Despite this, the internet / WiFi is very intermittent and not acceptable

What mesh disks are these? Mixing Sky boosters with other mesh devices is never going to work very well.

Thanks James - however, the mesh system worked very well with the previous Sky router to give us perfect cover through out the house, especially through lockdown and WFH

Just because it works with one router, doesnt mean its going to work with a newer one. Sky are constantly developing their kit and its quite possible that their new kit isnt compatible with the mesh system your using now. Again if you tell us what 'disks' these are there might be a solution the problem.

Good point although I have now spoken with the Sky engineer and he has reviewed the set up and re-configured so hopwfully this will work now ! He didn't seem to have an issue with the Mesh discs but we will see. Thanks for getting involved !
