Hello, I'm writing because I'm moving to a new flat and I need to arrange for internet service at the new address. Additionally, I would like to close my current account and stop payments for the internet service at my current residence. Can you help me with transferring the service and closing the account?

Note that moving doesn't involve cancelling: that would just confuse things.

I used the link provided to check if I could transfer the services to the new place online, but it wasn't helpful. Eventually, the system message prompted me to call them
