Renewal quote too expensive

We recieved our renewal quote for our briadband which is increasing by £13 a month which we feel is excessive and looking to see if you have any other offers. Weve looked and can get virgin for £26

That price will be for new customers. 

From recent posts on here it does seem that decent deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with (Virgin for example). Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin Sky and benefit from new customer discounts.

 18 month minimum term product: £26* a month for 18 months, then £54* a month thereafter. 

And an RPI +3.9% increase in April 2025.

@judith831 Try one of the new Fibre providers we get 500Mb for under what you currently pay we have been with them since April and the service is way better than Sky, it is also on a 2 year fixed contract with no price increases. It is so easy to move, even if your new provider increase the price after 2 years you can move again.

@TimmyBGood Its always worth checking, anything is better than paying Sky's excessive pricing and 2 price rises within contract, even going to vigin then moving again after 2 years.
