Ref LOS light on fibre

Fibre link green power, green ipon, green lan no los light (after being red, reset now blank)

Frequent WiFi drop outs late evening early.morning. virgin just installed locally, time for a chat maybe.

Just learned los is loss of signal, was red for 45, now cleared, and we now have a fluctuating wifi 👍

@SamZoe LOS being RED indicates that there was either NO light on the Fibre cable or that the light level got bad and indicated so, that is all direct from the Exchange to your Home, when it indicates anything other than NO LIGHT your Broadband will be down!

Whatever you do then NO TOUCHING the fibre connection at the ONT, continued problems with the ONT LOS going red have a call to sky, report that as the fault and have the Installer check it out!
