Reducing GHZ on router

Hi I recently got the brand new hub, before changin my home CCTV worked, reading up it needs to be on 2.4 GHZ, does anyone know how to reduce the frequency on the HUB to allow them to work?

@Davy760 your issue is likely to be thst your CCTV system wont connect to a dualband SSID that all modern routers use.

What you have to do depends on the colour of your Sky hub. If it is white go into the My Sky app find the Hub'scadvanced settings and turn off tge 5GHz WiFi band. Oncectge hub is back up connect your cameras and then turn the 5GHz band back on. The CCTV system should stay connected.

Speaking to support of my CCTV, they have said only 2.5 GHZ will be supported.  Anything above this and they will not connect.

Once they're connected on 2.5Ghz then it should be fine to turn 5Ghz back on, it shouldn't affect it.
