I have a red power light and nothing else. We have tried rebooting it and turning it off and on several times and nothing is working. Can anyone help with this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chloe138 You can contact Sky in the morning to report a faulty router and get them to send out a replacement if upon re-booting it is just going to the red power light.
