Connection Dropping Intermittently

My Sky Broadband Hub is "restarting" intermittently.

It seems to get overloaded easily. If I am accessing its web interface to try and read what's happening to it, it restarts again and again.

 

The model is "Sky SR203". Firmware Version 7.03.0705.R

Downstream and Upstream are not showing (might be a symptom of this modem dying).

 

As you can see in the uptime, it restarted, so it's not just connection dropping.

It's also noticeable there that I have WiFi disabled on it in an effort to lower its load. Things improved once I disabled WiFi, but lately the modem began to restart at least twice daily (that I have noticed).

Update: 5 days without dropping!

 

After talking to support on WhatsApp, they asked me to factory reset everything. I was reluctant, so I backed up all my configs (Maintenance -> Backup Settings) before resetting the ONT and the Sky Hub, then restored the configs on the Sky Hub, and it's been stable ever since.

 

Not sure what would cause it, or fix it (if it's fixed). But it may help someone.
