Sky streaming just stopped and my WiFi internet went very slow

My internet just took another hit. Sky TV stopped and I was getting the black screen with white swirl. Phone internet also went slow.

It's white one. Just switched to sky on Monday. Just noticing issues with connectivity.

we have the same issue - was sold the package which was supposed to suit household use. had issues and upgraded to ultra 300 and still bad. I am going back to BT as its shockimg with dropping out and even lose land line
