hi, i am thinking it may be a nationwide upgrade because it seems to be the same allover the country by looking at the community search. Hopefully it'll be back up and running soon.

According to Sky's policy, you can claim compensation for a Sky internet outage if your service remains completely down for more than two full working days after reporting the issue to them; meaning you need to wait at least two full working days before you are eligible for compensation

i'm in balby too, plantation area, and it has been down since 2:50ish.. hope we have back on later today.
