Red light on a router

Hi, so my broadband got activated today , but on my router there's a red light, I've tried to restart it couple of times and it doesn't work, I've checked all the cables if they're connected properly and yes they are. The internet is not working, not sure what else I can do?

@JerzyJK  Activations can take up to midnight before updating on Sky's end.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
