I am having issues with my internet speed

I have redently upgraded my internet and am not getting the required speed as per the contract. How can this be resolved to ensure i am getting what i am paying for.

@Graemecraft  What did you upgrade to?  What speeds were you advised you were menat to get.  When was the upgrade due to take place?
