Red alarm light NBI box

Hi

 

Red alarm light showing on NBI box.

 

Internet was working this morning but not since.

 

Any easy fix?

@RC25 faults with the fibre network require Openreach's engineers to fix them which req uires you to reportvthe problem to Sky. Therefore I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. 'NBI box' is presumably a National Broadband Ireland ONT, so OpenEIR  or NBI themselves rather than Openreach.

I just phoned Sky to be told it will take 3-5 working days for the problem to be fixed. 

 

"But not to worry" I will be kept informed by text. 

 

Sky are just getting worse and worse.

@Seeyouhearyme It isnt Sky doing the fixing it is the network owner whose fix time is line with most domestic providers
