Red alarm light NBI box

Hi

 

Red alarm light showing on NBI box.

 

Internet was working this morning but not since.

 

Any easy fix?

@RC25 faults with the fibre network require Openreach's engineers to fix them which req uires you to reportvthe problem to Sky. Therefore I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

'NBI box' is presumably a National Broadband Ireland ONT, so OpenEIR  or NBI themselves rather than Openreach.
