No broadband

I have not been able to get sky broadband because there is a mismatch of addresses on the account my biggest problem is sky are saying they are sending me updates by what's app and I haven't received them. I called yesterday and advised I wasn't getting them and today I have a text saying we will update you on what's app ?!? Not sure what to do.

I’ve already got a formal complaint and a case worker but if they are updating me on what's app and I've confirmed the number is correct I'm not sure else to do to get the updates , this has been going on now for 4 weeks and 3 failed appointments.
