Red PON light on Openreach box

Hi,

Can anyone help? I have had a fixed red PON light for hours, and the light on the sky max hub is green.

 

Yet if I run a test through the app, it says everything looks good.

@azza19892 See the link from the top off the page below, RED Pon you are never going to work, broadband light fault!

Switch the ONT off for a few minutes, when back on and if it goes any colour apart from a solid Green, call sky!

 

 

 

Can't connect to broadband and have a red light on your ONT

Thank you 

I was on a Live chat with an agent. They was about to book an engineer and I lost the chat window 😞

 

Is there a quick way to get back to it? I can't seem to get back through

@azza19892 No idea, had sky for twenty plus years, and three times have had to call, last time was close on 6 years ago....

Have a look on your account/my messages, engineer booked then you should see it there!

@azza19892 The call talk is about to shutdown at 8pm not worth you trying now, just call them by dialing 150 on the landline phone if working or a sky mobile if you have that, it's by far the easiest way to speak to Customer Service.
