Recently moved, No connection
Hi, I've recently moved and my switch on date for Internet was today. Emails and messages say it has all been turned on but when I try turning on the Internet, there's no connection and I am provided with connection diagnosis which I've attempted and they don't seem to help. I've even gone and bought a micro filter which didn't seem to do the trick. I am completely lost as to what else to do now. Thank you, Joe
