No internet

Everything is connected but we have no internet. My daughter works from home and this is not good enough as she can't do her work! Please sort this out asap

Have you contacted Sky and reported it? Have you checked for local outages? 

We are customers here too. Also, Sky Broadband is a domestic service and no priory for any fix will be given for people wfh.
