My line has always had a target of 6db and not 3 - possibly as its an ex Be Unlimited Pro supplied line.
Anyway another drop out and speed reduction...

And now my phone is not working - line cord error. How do I contact sky to report this fault - I have tried online and selected the call us option but just receive a blank page.

Phoned sky and engineer booked for wednesday morning. In the meantime the phone started working again about an hour ago and internet has just this minute dropped out again...

So engineer has been this morning and fitted a new vdsl socket. And an hour later the lne drops again and resyncs at the same speed..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere seems little point in posting router stats multiple times a day. If the engineer has recently left I suggest you recontact Sky and arrange another visit.
