Hi, be grateful for help, cos all I get from Sky is them passing me off.
My broadband / wifi is terribly slow, to the point where things aren't working. Have rebooted twice, run the online Sky tests which all come back as everything being 'good' which it isn't.
Is there a number whwre you can actually speak to real Sky person?
