new wifi hub
I updated my subscription with sky and while at it i ordered a ne wifi hub. Sky informed me 2 days later it had been dispatched......... DPD got it 12 days ago and still have it. Apparently theyhave attempted to deliver it several times ......... but no-one was home when they knocked the door (tickled door) my other half is house bound so in 24/7, we have 2 dogs that bark at any noises they hear. Nothing heard by them.
I am very seriously thinking of cancelling sky totally due to DPD's incompetance. I can spend my subscription with another provider which will be cheaper........ I have been with sky since 1989 when they first broadcast and gave me lots and lots of channels and internet.
SKY please help and get my hub delivered.

Re: new wifi hub
DPD usually inform the recipient of the hour window that the parcel will be delivered, and you can mark the record with further information on deliver instructions in my experience are one of the best couriers around.

Re: new wifi hub
@izzy+other+half after multiple failed delivery attempts DPD msy well have returned the parcel to Sky by now
DPD normally leave a card if they cannot deliver which gives you a link with options for you to pick up the parcel,, have it delivered elsewhere or have another attempt made. If Sky or DPD have given you a tracking number you can access those options on the DPD web site.
If you haven't had a card it implies the address is wrong or the driver can't find it in which case call Sky.
