RAX200 Netgear, unable to connect to FTTP Sky.

I don't think I'm going to worry about it too much, I'm thinking it's a Netgear issue as I've just been able to stream a 50GB file without issues.  I'm also getting 500mbps+ via WiFi and on the streaming device which is cabled in to the router.
