Annoyed

How can I get to speak to a human without ringing?I keep haveing problems with my signal comeing n going n sometimes gone for hours.ive tried all the troubleshooting ways n nothing works

If you can post your router stats, someone on here can perhaps give you some guidance. Is there a reason you can't call?

@Sammie+j forum members can often give advice on issues why not try us? As @Daniel0210 points out we need some details of the issue which your hub stats can help give see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics. A few other details would be useful like what happens to the lights on the hub when you lose connectivity, any loss of speed etc.

 

Where its clear the customer has an issue that requires Sky's direct assistance the forum superusers can escalate the thread to a team at Sky who continue using a private chat function through the forum.

Hi thank u for replying.programs just cut of n at the top of screen it says this channel is currently affected by a problem wiv ur satellite signal. We lose every channel and we've done all the trouble shooting n that don't help.cant even check signal status or whatever its called.it will come back on at some point n then go again.seems t be doing a couple of times every month or couple of months

@Sammie+j ok you posted in the broadbsnd forum there are specific forums for Sky+ and Sky Q but as it sounds like your dish may have moved slightly so you lose the signal when the weather is less than perfect which definitely needs a Sky engineer to sort I am escalating your post.

 

Look out for an email or message from Sky when a chat button will appear on the forum page for you to start a private chat. Best of luck.
