Problems with email and apps since changing from bt

Since moving broadband from BT to SKY, been experiencing problems with some emails downloading and apps opening. Never had problems before switching. Also Wi-Fi range with new router is very poor compared to old one

Try disabling Sky Shield

Thanks. Thought about that but didn't want to leave myself exposed to fraud etc. 

Will give it a try, see what happens then look at alternative protection. 👍🏻

Sky Shield wont do a lot to protect you its mostly just a DNS filter.
