I have had Sky BB for nearly two years now but I've noticed that in the last 4 or so months, every time I am on a video call on MS Teams (which is every day I work from home) the video and audio freeze every minute or so. I'm finding it strange as it worked perfectly well before and nothing has changed in terms of my home set up. I'm finding it hard to do my job properly so will need to switch broadband providers if this is not resolvd soon.
