We recently switched to Sky, we get 500mps in the room the router is, but less than 100 upstairs and in my office. We were supposed to get one pod with install to boost signal. Currently worse than last provider so can we get some sent out as work from home. Been doing regular Ookla speed test and getting 15-80mps at best
@Notleys It is NOT the norm to get a pod with the sky Max hub, have you contacted sky to arrange now the pod to be applied for and sent to you as part of your sky Max addon package and after the 14 day bed in period! All the max info is linked below!
