Problem with new broadband
I recently upgraded my broadband but since then I haven't had use of my ring door bell it's says poor WiFi.
im not happy at all with the new package - I can't even use my sky app there is a message about signing in I've never had before

As the doorbell is the wrong side of a presumably double skinned walled that's not an unsual issue.
Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
